In 1999 the Ontario Government introduced the Mandatory Mediation Program in Toronto and Ottawa to assist parties involved in civil litigation to settle their cases before they got to trial. Windsor came on board in 2002. During this period Toronto ADR Services was establishing itself to provide professional mediation services to clients and lawyers.

Now in our 7th year we are pleased to offer mediation and arbitration services throughout Southern Ontario in conjunction with Ontario ADR Services with 3 locations in the GTA and facilities outside of the City of Toronto. Mediation is now the preferred method of resolving disputes.

Clients and lawyers refer cases in family law, commercial disputes, community and consumer law to Toronto ADR because of our record of prompt and cost efficient settlements. In addition to cost savings, referring disputes to mediation helps the parties avoid the stress inherent in litigation and damage to mutual relationships that can result from protracted litigation.

We service clients in the corporate, community and family arenas. Some of the disputes you will find us mediating in include, separation agreements, condominium, collections, personal injury, negligence and wrongful dismissal. We also have affiliate specialists in several fields from which to draw on such as franchise, First Nations, IT, construction, workplace investigations and other areas. We take pride in our experience and direct education in this specialized field and we undertake to provide you with competent and experienced facilitators to work with you.
